When it comes to Halloween time, you can always count on two things:
Wrestlers will put in a ridiculous amount of effort when it comes to their costumes of choice (making your cheap Ghostface mask and plastic dagger look even sh*tter than before).
And WWE will add a layer of spooky nonsense on top of an otherwise already peculiar set of weekly television shows.
Yet, in a welcome change of pace, instead of presenting the usual orange-tinged edition of Raw and SmackDown, WWE doubled down on all things creepy with the revival of WCW's Halloween Havoc on Wednesday night.

NXT also managed to end AEW's streak of Wednesday Night War ratings victories here, too.
Away from this horrifying home-run, Roman Reigns turned Jey Uso to the dark side, The Fiend set his sights on Randy Orton's WWE Championship and RETRIBUTION lost...again.
But the biggest talking point coming out of this surreal week was undoubtedly just how bloody convincing Braun Strowman looks as Kratos...
